Fried Hominy

Ingredients
- 1 cn hominy, drained and rinsed
- 1 T butter or bacon fat
- salt and pepper
Options
- corn kernals (cooked)
- sweet onion, diced and clarified
- sausage (cooked)
- sliced mushrooms, sauteed
Instructions
- Fry the hominy and options in butter until done.
- Season, plate and serve.
